QUESTIONS YOU SHOULD ASK BEFORE CHOOSING AN ACT! CONSULTANT

- How long have you been an Act! "Certified" Consultant? (it's important to actually use a consultant, not just someone who's strongest selling point is they are a strong user".)
- Are you currently certfied on the recertification exam for Act! 2007? (do not assume because one's name is on the list or in a pamphlet in the Act! box that they hav completed the Act! 2007 re-certifcation process. Sage is listing many names on the Act! Certfied Consultant list who have not YET recertfied on Act! 2007 and many have failed this exam).
- Have you had any "formal" training from Sage Software on the Act! 2007 product? IF so, tell us about it. Sage Software at this point have only offered Act! Certified Consultants one formal class on Act! 2007 as it's a new product.
- Are you using Act! in a networked enviornment yourself?
- When you used Act! and were not a consultant, did you ever use a consultant yourself? We have trained many people including some of the those who are now Act! consultant! Your consultant may have learned their skills from us! AND may still call us for help sometimes.
