CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & SHIPPING POLICIES
SOFTWARE PURCHASES:ATS is a reseller of Act! Software. We will work with any client to refund their money on any Act! software purchased, SUBJECT to the refund/return policy of Sage Software. TRAINING CLASSES:ATS provides training at in our contracted training classrooms located at Dulles VA, OR in Vienna VA. Training is typically PREPAID. We will accept payment at the door prior to class. Our refund policy on training is we will return the training fee is we are notified via email at least 72 hours prior to the training date and time scheduled and prepaid.

Shipping for Act! by Sage products is provided as a direct ship (as is all products we resell)from the Software Publisher. The customer will be notified via email when their product is shipped. ATS will gladly help the customer track their purchases upon request. Applicable shipping costs are included in your software purchase and will be quoted at the time of purchase.
